The photo thread
Re: The photo thread
I'm not and I think it looks delicious. I would want it to be served with a lot of ketchup.....

Why not go out of bounds?

Nice idea and a cool image. Can you show the original?

Re: The photo thread
This is the photo from the Battle of Britain monument. It's situated on the north bank of the Thames, opposite London Eye.

The rest of the "out of bounds" include a pic of the cork board and a load of Photoshopping... Those pics are rather fun to do but you have to find the right picture to do it on. Here is another one, my first attempt: http://www.flickr.com/photos/pg63/2372131714/
There are loads of these on Flickr:

Hey Martin,
Great shot. Thanks to all 8 of you for posting it. Or should I say nine of you? I'm thinking you sneaked an extra Martin in on the TV screen.

Re: The photo thread
This is my latest photo. It is taken with the Sigma 10-20 lens. I call it:
Runaway train

If you are on Flickr please add to the comments I am getting on this.
After only ten hours it is already my third most popular shot. Would love if it made explore...

Re: The photo thread
That's cool! I love those long exposures, the effects are beautiful!
Have you ever tried making a HDR image (High Dynamic Range)? I can't make a real one with my simple camera but here's a fake one I did in Photoshop:

Re: The photo thread
No I have not tried HDR yet. A lot of times I think HDR images look way to overdone but when used in moderation it is a great tool that I need to try someday.
Nice image....

Re: The photo thread
You have some great images. Have you entered any contest or exhibits?
I had started an interest in photography several years ago when I got a digital camera. Since then I have entered some local contests and exhibitions and even won some cash prizes! Most of the time the honor is just getting your photograph accepted into an exhibit.
