Yes, I like it too! I don't think the melodies are as strong as Porcupine Tree's but it's a really really good album! :D

Riverside is visiting Stockholm in November at a small venue and I'm thinking about going see them. PT will also be here in November: tickets already booked!

Otherwise, I just listened to Anathema which is PT's support act on the world tour. Mostly soft and sweeping music with repetitions that become a bit too monotonous. I have to give a few more chances.

CD BOY 1

Right now Backdoor Romeo (cool song) has finished playing and we go in to the excellent Kansas song Point of Know Return but in Vanden Plas version (cool to hear that)

Per,

Absolute class

The man with the watch was superb comic timing.

Great song too, but found the vocals a bit OTT. Is this the new singer?

Andy.

I love that Youtube clip!

I'm not very familiar with Nightwish but that's Tarja, the "old" singer with opera style. She recently released a solo album, not much hard rock on it according to the critics. The new singer is called Anette (she's Swedish btw) and is more of a traditional rock singer.
