Re: City Boy on Facebook!

Usually I don't like these social sites, but a few co-workers are already there and since we are spread across the whole (ok, it is a small one, but still) nation it is a quite funny way to communicate.

Re: City Boy on Facebook!

City Boy is a group in THE HYPE called Facebook! The group currently has 8 members. One I recognise from this board. Most of the others seems to be Norwegian but no names I know from here. I joined Facebook just to check out "the hype" and it seems to have some good features and some anno...

Re: Nice Christmas present

Good to see the credit crunch hasn't hit Austria! Actually, the guy who made the auction on ebay is British, he just lives in Austria. As far as I know, the owner of the White Album is from Italy. I have no idea where the new owner, who payed more than 22.000 Euros for the item, lives (yet). But yo...

Re: So what do you do when confronted by a blank wall...

Maybe something like the cover of "Deep Purple in Rock" - although I have no idea how long it takes to make such a painting.

If time is really short I would recommend the White Album by the Beatles or "Metallica" by Metallica

Re: bryan scary and the shredding tears

WOW! these guys are quite good.
But what really drives me mad are those  myspace pages. My Firefox is useless after one visit to myspace. It's still a mystery to me how such a badly made website could have been such a big hit.

I have absolutely no idea, what "alternative" means, but I do know, that "progressive", to my ears (look at the avatar!) means endless noodling |:

Re: You fuckin' beauty!!!!

ok, haven't seen Gordon here for quite a while, so you can swear as you like I just found out, that the forum has the option, that every user can decide if he wants to censor the posts or not. Well, it should have the option, but it just doesn't show up. Anyway, since we're all grown ups we can live...

Re: You ooops!' beauty!!!!

:)) - I think you just stumbled across the only word on the "forbidden list". I know, that there is such a list somewhere in the scripts of this board, but I never bothered to take a closer look at it.

Question to the others: Should I disable the "swear-protection"?

I like it! IMHO, the songs are too long, but maybe that's "progressive touches" you were writing about
