Re: Hello strangers

Hi all,

Still occasionally checking in.

Martin, I got the CD of It's Personal from you maybe 15 years ago now.
I remember getting a few beers in and playing it over and over  it was great to hear "new" City Boy music.

Re: article from Prog Magazine : how prog were City Boy ?

Thought the article was sympathetic to them, if a little lazy. I've seen the Queen / 10cc comparisons trotted out before.

I've seen City Boy slagged off in Classic Rock in the past - perhaps like the CD reviews (which I won't bother with!), so this was refreshing.

Re: Quiet time...

Hi Matt, I like this stuff - some of it is a bit darker and heavier that what you've done before. I can detect a slight "Baal"influence with some of the theatrical heaviness. "The Silicon Way" took me straight back to 1979 - really enjoyed that one. Also loved the Yes-like vocals in "One". Well done...

Colour Schemes

Any way of changing the colour scheme on the BB? I've tried all the setting options I could find without success.

Thanks,

Andy.

Re: Generation Stooopid

This got me thinking. I told my 2 girls (10 and 12) about this post. When I got to the bit about Paul McCartney, they both said simultaneously "he was in the Beatles, right?"

All is not lost! :D :D :D
