Re: Albums of '73

The reason for the absence of Yes albums on my list is the fact that Yes didn't release any studio albums that year! Close To the edge was released in '72 and Tales... in '74, Yessongs however saw the light of day in '73!

City Boy - Discography

On the so-called Unofficial City Boy page I read that there soon will be sound clips on ””What A Nigh” and ”Exit the Heavyweight”. Has somebody heard these? What’s different from the album versions? From where are they taken?
And finally, can somebody list all n...

Re: 5.7.0.5. (Special Promotion 12" Disc)

Unfortunately I have no idea where to get this video, I haven´t even heard of it. The only videos I have are those performed on Top Of The Pops (Hap-Ki-Do Kid and 5.7.0.5.), but I would very much like to have the video you´re talking about. As for good in finding things I only have two adresses that...

5.7.0.5. (Special Promotion 12" Disc)

Yesterday I received the 33 1/3 double sided 12" vinyl of 5.7.0.5. It´s released by Mercury in the US 1978 and has a black&white picture sleeve with a photo of the band on front. I ordered it on E-Bay for 10 dollars only and I´m really happy about it. I just wanted to tell you that...

Re: A little outlet for the Pomp Rock/AOR etc. debate...

Well Jasper Wrath did one album and the so-called Anthology CD has loads of extra material, off-course with various qualities. Most of it is very good though, there’s a song on there called ”Father” which is close to perfection!
The Arcangel albums is so damn good, a true pomp c...

Re: A little outlet for the Pomp Rock/AOR etc. debate...

Hi all (again)…
Yes it really is fun to discuss pomprock, and I have a clue why! People interested in the genre are always true music lovers, the albums are often difficult to find and often you have to spend quite a lot of money to get them. It´s also extremely hard to find new (good) acts ...
